1. Only children born between 1 st January 2019 and 31 st of December 2019 are eligible to apply for registration.

2. Seeking registration in wrong category or submitting multiple applications shall entail disqualification.

3. This is an online application process. Please do not print the registration form which appears on clicking the link.

4. Please fill in the details, click submit, and print the final document. Produce the printed filled-in application form when called for submission. This online application is only for registration and does not confer any right for admission.

5. Please read the form carefully before filling in and verify all the details before clicking the submit link. Details once submitted cannot be altered.

6. Furnishing incorrect information will result in cancellation of registration.

7. Only those who receive official communication need to appear for certificate verification, with duly filled-in forms and photographs.

8. No enquiry regarding admission, either in person or through phone, shall be entertained.

9. Birth Certificate shall be verified with the respective Local bodies. If any discrepancy is found, admission will not be given.

10. Admission is always subject to availability of seats in the respective category.

11. For General Category Applicants, residence proof should be within 5 km radius.

12. For RTE Applicants, residence proof should be within 1 km radius.

13. The distance between residence and school will be calculated by the School and it is final.

14. When School calls for document submission, furnish the following Certificates in Original and Photo copy:

        a. Birth Certificate

        b. Community Certificate in student name. (Parent certificate will not be considered)

        c. Address Proof (Produce any one of the following only)

                Family Card (Ration Card)

                Aadhaar Card.

                Passport.

                Driving License.

                Certificate of Residence issued by VAO.

        d. Parent employee id card

15. Public are categorically informed that no agency or individual other than the School management is entrusted with admission and anyone acting on others representations/ assurances shall do so at his/her risk and the school shall not be in any way held liable in this regard.

16. Our admission norms have been scrutinized by our school Management.

17. If the number of applications received is more than the number of seats, school decision will be final for selection.

18. No vacancy for UKG to Grade VIII. Those who are applying for UKG to Grade VIII will be called based on the vacancy of seats; first 10 applicants will be called for one seat. Based on the student’s performance, seats will be allocated.

a. Online Registration : 23 rd December 2022 to 07 th January 2023
b. Verification of documents : 10 th and 11 th January 2023
c. Selection information date : 27 th January 2023
d. Payment of fee : 1st February 2023 to 3 rd February 2023
e. School opening date : First week of April 2023
